I enjoyed gym access. It has diverse equipment! I appreciated the attentive service. Beth greeted me promptly at the pub. Chloe assisted with the website sign-up process. Everything moved smoothly.

my room's lighting felt dim, affecting nighttime reading. An overhead light would improve visibility. I also noted the absence of water glasses in the room. This could easily be rectified.

amazing stay!

amazing food great staff lovely lady

the food was AMAZING!!! the staff are great. i used the pool area with my little girl. a few staff members stood out! carrie was happy to help me with everything and the lady on pool was lovely. her name was iwona.

the room was very hot! there was no air conditioning, only a fan in the room. it was uncomfortable.

The staff were really friendly. The car park was free on the weekend. The Starbucks on-site was AMAZING!!!

The room cleanliness was poor. There was dust around the carpet edges. The bar area was not well managed with plates left on tables.

atrocious noise noisy tumble dryer

The noise from the adjacent room was atrocious. Banging continued all night with people constantly coming and going until 2 AM, it sounded like some swingers were at it. We complained to staff, but the hotel must be aware of this kind of thing happening. It really upset us and marred the stay. I was given a room with a really noisy tumble dryer in the room next door. I had an awful night's sleep as a result, thanks.

the gym had ample equipment.. i saw three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. the starbucks on site was very convenient for a quick coffee before my meetings.

the bathroom sink drained slowly.
