The staff were really friendly. The car park was free on the weekend. The Starbucks on-site was AMAZING!!!

The room cleanliness was poor. There was dust around the carpet edges. The bar area was not well managed with plates left on tables.

The noise from the adjacent room was atrocious. Banging continued all night with people constantly coming and going until 2 AM, it sounded like some swingers were at it. We complained to staff, but the hotel must be aware of this kind of thing happening. It really upset us and marred the stay. I was given a room with a really noisy tumble dryer in the room next door. I had an awful night's sleep as a result, thanks.
